A new day, a new week, a new chance to make your week better than the last. Happy Monday lovelies! I tend to lean towards a very feminine style. It’s just a part of the girly girl in me! I’ve found that there are details in my outfits that I look for to add an extra feminine flare. Pink may seem like the obvious choice, but there are so many other choices such as fabrics, hems, and silhouettes that can add that feminine touch as well. Today I’m sharing with you three details you can add to your wardrobe that will make you look instantly feminine!
1. Scalloped Hems
Trims with darling scallops on them have been around for a while. I noticed them starting to reemerge into fashion last spring, particularly when Kate Spade launched a completely adorable collection around it. This hemline is not only feminine, but it adds a subtle elegance to the garment that is hard to stay away from. From scalloped shorts to dresses and bags, you can be sure to find something that fits your style and makes your outfit extra sophisticated and ladylike.
2. Lace Details
I could go on all day about how much I love lace. From the smallest details to a completely covered lace dress, lace is exceedingly romantic and will instantly add an elegant feel to whatever you’re wearing. I tend to be drawn to lace when it can be incorporated in the simplest of ways. This shirt totally won over my heart because of that.
3. Flared Skirts
There’s something about flared skirts that I just find extremely adorable. The flouncy, flirty nature of these skirts makes them an irresistible addition for adding girliness into your outfit. Not to mention the fit and flare line accentuates your waist which will always make you look extra feminine.
