You probably noticed how I love to inspire and encourage you to “keep smiling” at the end of every post I write, but do you know why I say it? I firmly believe that your smile is truly the best accessory you can wear. Without it, I can hardly say I’m fully dressed! To keep the confidence of wearing a beautiful smile all the time, I find it extremely important to make sure my teeth are always looking great. Nothing kills your confidence more than insecurities from your teeth.
To be honest, I’ve never been a fan of strictly white bleached teeth, but I have used home whitening treatments before. With a previous coffee addiction, it became so apparent that I needed to remove the natural occurring stains that build over time. I’ve used strips purchased from the store and I had to use them so many times to get the results I wanted. That’s to be expected since they were missing a key ingredient found only in professional systems at the dentist’s office. Worst of all, the bleaching hurt my sensitive teeth! No fun at all!
When Smile Brilliant offered me the chance to try customized trays for teeth whitening I jumped at the chance. At the dentist these trays can cost $500+ for a treatment, so you’re certainly getting a deal with less than $150! It was actually pretty fun making the molds for the customized trays. The process was easy and after I mailed them in, they came back very promptly for me to start my treatments. They were a perfect fit and I felt so much more comfortable knowing they were whitening my teeth without harming them! I used three syringes and was able to control the length of time I wanted them on my teeth.
The best part about their system is they have tooth desensitizing gel to alleviate the pain. I would recommend getting these even if you haven’t experienced pain in the past. They rehydrate and seal the pores of your tooth enamel. This is extremely important to prevent pain and stains from occurring after the opened pores that the teeth whitening treatment caused. I used it right after my treatments and found it totally worth it!

I’m almost embarrassed to show you these, but here are the before and after pictures of what my teeth looked like. You can see a healthy difference and I am definitely so excited that the professional trays were able to restore my teeth back to its’ normal enamel color so I can smile bigger and brighter with confidence!

My teeth/smile are my favorite thing to be complimented on and I truly believe that your confidence is directly affected by the shape in which your smile is in. I have had a lot of dental work done and my visible ‘smiling teeth’ are all fake and cannot stain, but I would definitely recommend this kind of teeth whitening to people with natural teeth!
