Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas lovelies! When I was a child, my excitement for Christmas could not be withheld and I would wake my family up extra early. As the youngest in my family, I was the one to bring a bright and cheery smile in the morning for all the older ones who liked to get a little more sleep. Today I am sharing with you the same smile and a little holiday fun in hopes that your day will be brightened! I was able to wear this to my Kindergartners’ Christmas party and felt extra cheery that day!stylemissmolly_3436_blog-2

stylemissmolly_3454_blog-2Each Christmas, my mom would wrap all the presents on Christmas Eve after we went to bed, because she wanted us to have the joy and excitement of waking up to presents under the Christmas tree. She never tried to convince us there was a Santa. On Christmas morning, my two older brothers and I would each open our stockings while my mom made delicious blueberry pancakes. I can still smell the fresh aroma of homemade pancakes.

Although this Christmas brings different traditions, the sentiments behind it all are still the same. Spending time with the ones I love, with smiles and laughter. That will never change. Wherever you are this Christmas I hope that love and happiness fills your homes and the spirit of Christmas fills your hearts!

Keep smiling!

So pretty! I love your red shoes Molly 🙂 . Similar Christmas traditions at my house, we were never forced to believe in Santa. Instead it was more of “figure out where mom hid the Christmas presents at before Christmas” haha. Since I’m older, Christmas hasn’t been the same but I hope I get back in the Christmas spirit once I have children of my own….

I hope you’ve had a wonderful Christmas and have a Happy New Year as well 🙂

You’re so stunning – I LOVE these images! And I have memories of my parents up late on Christmas eve wrapping presents too. Now as a parent myself, I appreciate even more how great my parents made Christmas, and how much work it took! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas, my dear!
