Two weeks ago, three other Seattle bloggers and I had the wonderful opportunity to escape our little city and head north to Vancouver, Canada. Although it’s only a short three-hour trip for us Seattleites, I had only visited Vancouver once in the past. However, I wasn’t there long enough to discover the hidden gem of Robson Street in the heart of downtown Vancouver. After spending a girls weekend on Robson Street with Molly from Molly’s Musings, Megan from Sort of Style and Maddie from Black White And Brunette, I now know why tourists, celebrities, and locals are drawn to this historical street. Think of Robson Street as the Rodeo Drive of Vancouver, with three blocks of amazing shopping and fabulous dining. What more could four fashionistas ask for?! Today I’m giving you our full itinerary with insider’s tips that will hopefully give you some inspiration to plan your next getaway on Robson.
Where we stayed:
1225 Robson St, Vancouver, BC V6E 1C3
Blue Horizon Hotel
The Blue Horizon Hotel is located directly on Robson Street making all your favorite attractions easily accessible. Apart from stellar amenities, their tasty Abode Restaurant, or the jacuzzi in the aquatic center I couldn’t resist, one of the things that makes this boutique hotel so special is that every room is a corner room with a private balcony and unbeatable views. My room on the 28th floor overlooked Robson Street with other gorgeous views of Vancouver, the mountains, and the water. From this little balcony, I spent each morning in my plush bathrobe sipping tea and taking in the fresh air, and each night enjoying the city lights and nightlife. If you love people watching and absorbing a new city culture as much as I do, Robson Street has plenty of that for you all within walking distance of the Blue Horizon Hotel!
Shopping:
With over 150 shops to stroll through, this is really what it was all about for us fashion bloggers! Here’s just a taste of what Robson Street has to offer.
RYU Apparel
RYU stands for Respect Your Universe and is everything you would want in an athletic brand and more. They have a true sense of community that really makes this brand stand apart from the rest. With quality apparel that is made to last for years and will make you look great and feel great, RYU is yet another hidden gem on Robson Street.
Kiehl’s
Kiehl’s gave each of us a personalized experience specifically for our individual skincare needs. Going back to their apothecary roots, they recently launched their personalized serums to give you a bottle and label customized just for you. I’ve been using my serum every day since I got home and my skin already feels softer and brighter. Thanks to Kiehl’s on Robson Street, I’m now addicted to their products.
Saje Natural Wellness
Saje features 100% natural plant-based products derived from essential oils. I’ve been using essential oils for my health for years and this store was an absolute dream come true. From the aromatherapy of the smells when you walk in, to a full experience of discovering how their products can help with any health issues you have from sleep, headaches, digestion issues, to skincare remedies, Saje on Robson Street will give you an unforgettable experience.

Dining:
I eat gluten and dairy free and was in great hands dining on Robson Street. I am so thankful that all of these restaurants happily accommodated my dietary restrictions.
CinCin Ristorante
The rumor is CinCin is where all the celebrities go on Robson Street for a quiet dinner out and this comes as no surprise to me! The dining experience was incredible from the private and charming ambiance, stellar service, to the fine wine selections, perfectly paired with delectable food. I couldn’t put my fork down! This was a one of a kind culinary experience I will surely be coming back to.
Ladurée Boutique & Tea Salon
Every blogger’s dream begins with more macarons than you can imagine, so naturally, we stopped in at Maison Ladurée for Sunday brunch. Everything in this luxury bakery is picture perfect and Robson Street is lucky enough to have this as their first Canadian location for the best high tea (and macarons) around.
Joe Fortes Steak & Seafood
In between all the shopping bustle on Saturday, we stopped in at the famous Joe Fortes restaurant for lunch. Charmed with large, cozy booths and private intimate tables, this award-winning restaurant lived up to its expectations and kept my hungry self quite satisfied. I’m ready to go back for round two and to try out their wine list of over 300 wines!
Earls Restaurant
A day well spent on Robson Street wouldn’t be complete without the modern Earls. Obviously, I was spoiled with some fine dining the entire weekend, but Earls did not disappoint. We had the best birds-eye view of Robson Street and enjoyed hand-crafted cocktails along with a great dinner. I love that they source their ingredients locally, which makes their food that much better to look forward to.
D’Oro Gelato
For perfectly crafted lattes, gelato, fresh pastries or all the affogato you want (my absolute favorite!) this darling little cafe at D’Oro Gelato right on Robson Street is a real treat! It is right across the Blue Horizon Hotel and I may have snuck in here more than once for their vegan gelato.
Pampering:
No girls weekend is complete without a little pampering from local salons.
Aveda Civello Salon
I was looking forward to getting my hair done at Aveda Civello Salon, but I did not expect such a great experience from head to hand (yes, that’s me getting a hand massage). I felt so cared for by the experts at Civello on Robson StreetS, because my hair was treated just as carefully as I take the time to in my own home. They really took the time to give me the look I was going for and I felt pampered every second of the way.
Sephora
Last but not least, we went to the largest Sephora on Robson Street I have ever been in and it was completely dreamy. I received an incredible makeover with an expert artist who not only pampered me but educated me every step of the way. I’ve been a Beauty Insider at Sephora for years and never tried their makeup services. Trust me, you won’t regret it, and after they finish with you, you’ll be wanting to buy it all!
Three blocks, 150 shops, an amazing weekend with my blogger babes, what more could I ask for? After tasting the full experience of Robson Street, I will be sure to come back again and bring all my girlfriends to explore more of this street with me.
Keep smiling!
and happy vacationing #onRobson 🙂
