Ladies, if you’re going for shorts and a tank top, that shirt better be making a statement! Yes, you need some comfortable flats for your fun summer activities. I recommend staying with a neutral pair of sandals like these studded flats that you can style with anything. Not only will this save you money, but it will be especially helpful when you’re traveling by not having to pack as much. Neutral shoes have saved me so much on my weekend getaways!

A go-to pair of shorts.
Every girl needs a pair of go-to summer shorts and these are it for me. HER. Boutique is full of some great styles. A large bag.
I don’t know what I would do without a large bag in the summer time. It seems like I’m always on the go and need room to carry my essentials. Again, I love keeping it neutral so it goes with anything and you don’t have to switch it out a lot. My post “The Only Color Handbag You’ll Ever Need” can tell you why. I love a bag with structure because it helps keep the look chic, but totes (especially reversible ones) are definitely at the top of my list too! Styling tips
Accessorize with statement jewelry like these amazing sparkle earrings or bold lipstick to brighten up your look. Keeping things minimal in summer is always welcome too, so this is totally optional, but I can’t seem to get away from my personal obsession for bold lipstick and statement earrings. It seems to help polish off the look by keeping me fashionable with a smile on my face!
